Acquired in 2016, as the DoubleTree by Hilton Bethesda, the hotel underwent a complete redesign, rebrand and renovation in 2019.  

Opening as The Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Bethesda’s first lifestyle hotel.  Through restructuring staff, implementing new technology, renegotiating contracts, and advanced revenue management strategies, TBC was able to transform the property into a more efficient asset, significantly improving NOI over prior management.
