Block Party Hotels comprising of two hotels located in the heart of Dewey Beach, Delaware. Beach House Dewey and Atlantic Oceanside Dewey. Combining local charm, sunny service and vibrant amenities for experiences our guests will teasure.
Atlantic Oceanside Dewey was purchased in the winter of 2022 and operated as independently for that season. As 2023 rolled around, Beach House Dewey and Atlantic Oceanside Dewey joined forces and became one on the same block in downtown Dewey Beach. New amenities were installed for a more elevated guest experience, an expanded lobby for a more welcoming arrival. A new merchandise store was also installed as well as updates to the parking, sundecks, pool decks and guestrooms.
